- Faster access - you will usually be seen within days, useful if you’re in pain or returning to sport.
- Longer appointments - our standard session is 30 mins long, 60 min sessions are available, with each session including hands-on treatment and guided rehab. Due to demand, NHS sessions are usually shorter at 20 mins.
- Continuity - you will generally see the same physio each visit; where you will be given personalised home exercise plans.
- Convenience - early/late/Saturday slots are often available, please note these are popular and can fill up fast.
- Payments - these can be either by health insurance, or self-pay, and neither need a referral from your GP. To minimise the cost treatment bundles are available at discounted prices of up to 20%.

Straight Back Physio offers transparent pricing with flexible packages that reduce per‑session costs, making physiotherapy, and shockwave therapy, more affordable for long‑term recovery.
These can be purchased either as one large package or in single packages of 4.
Each new single package will lock in the new incremental discounted rate, but buying a larger package at the start will lock the better discount rate right from the start.
Don't need them all, not a problem as unused sessions are valid for up to 2 years*
* if more than 3 months have passed since your last treatment, an assessment will be required at an additional cost of £30.
