To the point

Acupuncture has been used for thousands of years to reduce pain and inflammation. We offer its use as an integrated approach for helping you to overcome injury or ailment.

Western medicine has demonstrated through sophisticated scanning the direct influence that Acupuncture has on the brain. Activity in the brain alters the response to pain, helping you to overcome low back and neck pain, shoulder and elbow pain and arthritis of the knee.

We particularly love the use of Acupuncture to release tight and knotted muscles with a technique known as dry needling.

Our Physiotherapists are qualified to treat with Acupuncture and are registered with the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP). This means that each year we are required to undertake a minimum number of hours ongoing training to remain on the register.
