So what do we do with Cheltenham town footballers when they can't train?
What do we do with them when they are recovering from injury?
They need to remain fit cardio wise, so we try to keep them fit in the CV system by maintaining what aerobic work we can.
And what works well for footballers is some Tabata, or HIIT training.
Training needs to be fun and stimulating and there is nothing better than getting the staff involved to give the players a laugh.
Full-time athletes vs...Staff - there can only be one outcome right?
